If you made it here you must be ready to start saving some money. What a great way to do it! Couponing can definitely help you save hundreds a year. But what if I told you that couponing might cause you to actually spend more? I know, we haven't even clipped a coupon and I am already steering you away. That is not my intent! Give me a chance to explain?

Couponing is a great way to save on your everyday household and personal care needs. You can even coupon for food, although in my opinion couponing for food is limited. Anyways, while couponing will save you money, it can also cost you a lot of money. Once you start couponing, you will see deals for 50 cent toothpaste and 1 dollar body wash. Seeing prices so low will make your hands itch for all of it at once. You could get carried away and decide that you need it all, all at once. I'm here to tell you, you do not need it all, all at once. You are going to get FOMO on these deals, and it will cost you a pretty penny out of pocket. For example, you currently spend $100 a month on household goods, but because the deals are so great couponing you end up spending $200 a month on household goods. Sure, you got way more product then you usually would, but you really did not end up saving the money you planed on.

My goal here is to help you navigate through the FOMO feels. I'll remined you that deals come back around and that you stocked up on this item just the other week.

Now that we went through the WARNING, let's get into the fun of couponing.

I am not the only couponer out there posting deals and helping you learn. There are so many out there broadcasting the deals available weekly. I have learned from a mix of couponers myself and I am happy you found me! I suggest you look into a few couponers and see who you'd like to follow to learn from. Some couponers are there to post daily on deals and some are there to teach you how to get the deals.

I'm here with you to go through the journey. You are going to want to start by downloading a few apps and creating free accounts. I'll have those posted for you on a page labeled "apps to have." Once you have the apps, you will have the tools needed to start your couponing journey.

Let me know below what got you interested in couponing.
